“The journey of life is about discovering the true you and courageously creating a life that is in alignment with your authentic self. That is the nature of personal growth and evolution on this planet.” -unknown

I started my professional journey in San Diego in 2005 as a licensed massage therapist focusing on deep tissue massage, Traditional Thai massage, and other healing modalities.

In 2009, I moved to Salt Lake City where I sought to continue my education in health and became a registered nurse specializing in women's health, high-risk labor and delivery, and postpartum care. After years of working as a nurse, I knew I had to follow my heart and pursue education in Chinese Medicine and acupuncture.

In 2018, I graduated from Oregon College of Oriental Medicine with a Master's in Oriental Medicine achieving my lifelong dream of practicing acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. After graduation, I volunteered with ARP (Acupuncture Relief Project) in rural Nepal. I treated over 1,000 patients in a primary health clinic focusing treatments on musculoskeletal pain, digestive disorders, hypertension, stroke habilitation, and emotional disorders.

I’ve spent the last decade learning more about how psychedelics can help with PTSD and other mental-emotional disorders. I knew it was time for a deep dive into psychedelics to help find other ways to support my patients. Last year, I felt the ocean’s call and spent it in Santa Cruz, California. It was there that I completed my certification at CIIS in March 2023 alongside a 100-hour certification for MDMA-Assisted Therapy through the organization MAPS.

In November 2023, I was diagnosed with a form of breast cancer called DCIS. I realized that all the education and learning I had done to help others was now about helping myself on this journey and recovering after surgery. I am committed to helping others as they physically and emotionally navigate their cancer journey.

After a decade long hiatus from Utah, I decided to return. I am looking forward to sharing all of my knowledge and offerings with past and future community.

When I am not in the office, you can find me hiking, skiing, backpacking, in a yoga class, and most importantly, surrounded by my nieces.

In 2019, I moved to Big Sky, Montana where I opened a private acupuncture practice. While living in the mountains, I noticed a desire for further education leading me to receive my Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Health and Science in August 2021. Following my doctorate program, I felt called to apply for a year-long program called Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and Research at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS).
